Nov 13, 2009 · Pressing Release/Renew buttons do nothing. I've reset the cable modem, the router, even upgraded the firmware. I also called my cable company to see if they can reset anything on their end to no avail. My old WRT54G works fine. As a test I also turned this router into an access point. I disabled DHCP and connected it to my WRT54G and it works fine.
